This is my version of John Wayne in the 1949 movie, "Sands of Iwo
Jima". I wanted to do this figure of him as he appeared in the scenes when they landed on the beaches of Tawara.
I decided to give him an early style M1941 pack. I tried to be as true to the movie as I could, but as with everything,
sometimes you can't get it all right. Well, I hope you enjoy him.
